Graduation Alliance works with students of all ages through partnerships with schools, districts, community colleges, workforce development agencies, employers and others dedicated to providing alternative pathways to high school graduation and career training.
From at-risk teenagers who need an alternative path to graduation, to older adults who want more education and career training, Graduation Alliance is dedicated to ensuring every American can access the opportunities they need to find and keep meaningful, living-wage careers in the 21st century economy. We do this in partnership with schools, students and their families, community organizations, and workforce agencies across the nation.
Schools
Graduation Alliance’s partners in education include K-12 school districts, educational service providers, and community colleges. In coordination with leaders from these institutions of education, we provide dropout recovery services, offer credit recovery programs, expand course offerings, facilitate alternative education academies, run adult diploma programs, and provide career training opportunities.
Our services are designed to be affordable, scalable, easily implemented, and responsive to local needs. Student progress can be monitored in real time through FERPA-compliant administrative portals. Individual and group data are easily accessible, so school leaders can know that their visions are aligned with student progress.

Students & Parents
Whether through our partnerships with schools, in our academies, or in our private online high school, everything Graduation Alliance does is aligned with the needs of our students and their families.
All of our programs are built to serve students who need flexibility and support to reach their academic and career goals — through online courses, multiple layers of faculty and staff assistance, and curriculum specifically designed for students who want or need to work at their own pace. And because we understand the immense value of support, we encourage family members to be part of the team that helps our students reach their academic and career goals. In our K-12 partnership programs, for instance, parents can keep up with their students’ progress through a secure portal. And when students graduate, it’s a family affair — because we know that no one succeeds alone!

Organizations
From non-profits seeking to provide career training for the people they serve, to businesses and industry groups in need of skilled and ready workers, Graduation Alliance’s partnerships with regional and national organizations are designed to help get more Americans on the pathway to finding — and keeping — a living-wage career.
Our partnerships include initiatives to help people enter careers with retail pharmacies, train students in the construction trades, prepare workers for jobs in manufacturing, and give individuals the education they need to work in the field of home care. All of these partnerships are designed to respond to national and regional demands for skilled labor in industries that are stable and growing.
