A month after the already-extended deadline for the submission of state plans, there still wasn’t a one-stop location for WIOA documents — so we decided to make one.
You might think this would be as easy as a quick bit of internet searching, right? Well, it turns out that each state has its own idea of what to call the plan, where to put it online, or whether to have the plan that was submitted to the federal government online at all.
In most cases, we’ve been able to track down (or convince state workforce agencies to post) a link to the plan that was submitted. In cases in which the submitted plan was not available, we have sought to find the most recently updated state plan made available for public comment during the drafting period.
