Making diploma attainment and career preparation possible for all Americans.

Training and Placement

Throughout each participant’s time in the Workforce Diploma Program — and even after graduation — a workforce preparation support system is always at work, helping participants hone skills and earn the credentials they need to secure careers in high-demand fields.

Partnering employers, meanwhile, agree to provide preferential hiring to program graduates with specialized credentials — making the program mutually beneficial for participants, job creators and local economies alike.  On average, Workforce Diploma holders aspire to careers with a starting salary more than $10,000 per year higher than the average earnings of those holding only a high school diploma — and they enjoy far greater economic freedom than ever before.
